Lesson For Today 6/22/2012

Lesson For Today:

Strength, the inner spirit that displays our fortitude against ill will, people, places, and things. It cannot be measured, only felt within another. Strength to carry on is the most arduous road taken. Strength is used for courage, belief, faith, and such attitudes. Strength is not found in objects, steel breaks down, iron rusts, metal tarnishes and dissolves, and stone erodes. It is found in you and not others, you just have to believe and reassure yourself that today you will be strong, filled with bountiful strength.
Take a minute or two out of your day to do an affirmation: "I AM STRONG, I HAVE BOUNTIFUL STRENGTH, I AM THE IMMOVABLE ROCK FIRMLY PLANTED, I WILL NOT BE TAKEN DOWN!"
Use this affirmation everyday and you will see a leap in your inner strength.

"To be worn out is to be renewed." - Lao-tzu
